Hello New flatmate,

We are looking for a new flatmate to share this 2 bedroom flat with a fantastic view of London on the 4th floor balcony.

We are clean & tidy housemates so looking for someone who is also tidy too. Who enjoys a bottle of wine and a good laugh and also appreciates space to unwind from a full week of work.

THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM FOR A SINGLE PERSON. NOT FOR A COUPLE - SORRY.

About the room:
The room comes fully furnished with a large double bed with draws underneath and large wardrobe and chest of draws, mirror. real wooden floors through out the flat.

This sunny double room is available in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking a fantastic view of London city sky line, situated just 5 mins walk from Deptford national rail station, with regular services to London Bridge Station (underground).
Greenwich is just a 10 mins walk away from the city centre.

This double room is available for £700 per calendar month. This includes bills such as gas & electricity, broadband & TV/Freeview and council tax.

This new build apartment has 1 shared bathroom with a bath and power shower.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen/dinning area is all in one living space with a balcony. The TV & freeview box is set up here for some relaxing viewing times after a full day at work.

Washing Machine - yes.

Transportation:
New Cross is just a 10 mins walk & Canada Water are the nearest tube which is on the jubilee line (bus number 47, 199 and 188 all go to central London via Canada Water tube). Deptford Station rail station is Zone 2 and is only a 3 mins walk from my flat. It's just one stop from London bridge rail/tube station (6 mins commute on the trail) which connect onto the northern line tube. Cannon street/Waterloo and Charring Cross is also accessible from Deptford station. The DLR is 10 mins walk down Deptford High St, Deptford Bridge (DLR). Good buses and night buses links just outside my front door (Bus# 188 is 24 hours and runs from Russel Square, N47 got to Shorditch or Trafalgar Sq)

The rate quoted is for a single person to move in (no couples - Sorry). The room is available as of Sunday the 19th of March for a minimum of 6 months so if you are interested please call/email.
