We have a nice semi-furnished double room in a 4 bedroom house in New Cross.
The room is a small double, but a good size. (Not a shoe box with a bed!)
We are a relaxed household with all the usual mod-cons (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc, etc), large kitchen, separate living room and a garden. We have two friendly cats that are an integral part of the household.

We are looking for a professional individual (no undergraduate students BUT postgrads are certainly welcome!) who know how to tidy up after themselves but aren't looking for a cleaning rota!
Quiet area with a large Sainsburys, several pubs and eateries close by. Fantastic commuter links esp. with the East London Line/Overground now connecting South to East (or vice versa!), 5 minute train ride to London Bridge.
Ah one last thing - we have cats so if you don't like them, are allergic, or just don't want a friendly four legged friend around the place, please don't contact us!
