I am an open minded professional female, looking for a friendly housemate to move in, someone who likes to have a chat, but will also give me a bit of space as I can be a little bit of an introvert at times LOL.. The house is quiet and chilled except for the occasional soulful music playing.
I have a large double room in a clean and tidy 3 bedroom house with a large garden, with a large open plan kitchen, with washer/dryer, fridge freezer, Wireless Internet and mod cons 3 minutes walk from Goldsmiths University and New Cross Gate station.

Double Room: Has a large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a writing desk and shelves.

This area has excellent transport links to the city. It is a 3 minute walk to New Cross and New Cross Gate station (zone two) and takes 5 minutes to reach London Bridge and 10 minutes to Victoria. You can also pick up the Overground to Canary Wharf (10 minutes), the West End, Dalston, Islington and beyond. Free street parking is available
A 15 minute bus ride will take you to Greenwich where there is a beautiful Royal Park and an array of trendy wine bars and eateries. There is a large Sainsburys within a 6 minute walk, and a variety of local shops, restaurants and pubs around New Cross Gate.
There are also many buses (343, 53, 453, 225, 171, 172, 436 - to name just a few!) going to numerous locations in Central London as well as to Greenwich and Lewisham. Getting home at night time is not a problem as there are frequent night buses.
