*For Couple* Double room in Peckham / New Cross

Couples only please.

We have a double room available for my great flat in the New Cross Gate/Peckham area. The room is a good-sized double, with a large window and an original wooden floor - the room comes partly furnished with bed, desk and shelves.

The flat is a spacious Victorian conversion, with a gorgeous light and big living room, kitchen and a lovely little garden that we grow veg in and have barbecues in. Also a new bathroom with large head power shower. There are also two slightly mad cats.

I am a part owner, but want another couple to feel at home. It is to live with me, Rachel, 28 year old journalist and Matt, also 28, events producer. We are out a fair amount but would like people we could hang out with sometimes and would be up for dinner and a bottle of wine.

There is a large Sainsbury's at New Cross Gate, which is about a 10 minute walk, or an Aldi 2 minutes from the house. Transport wise the flat is well connected. It is equidistant from overground orange-line stations Queens Road Peckham (to Clapham) and New Cross Gate (up to Shoreditch and Islington). There are also national rail services taking you to London Bridge etc.
