Room in New Cross next to Goldsmiths University!

As I am finishing my studies and moving out of London I need to find someone to take over my room in New Cross as soon as possible.

It is a spacey and sunny double room right next to Goldsmiths University and approximately two-minute walk away from New Cross station.

You will be sharing the house with 5 lovely and easygoing students, 3 girls and 2 boys.

The property comes with a large garden, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a small storage place in the basement. There is a comfortable and cosy living area adjacent to the kitchen with sun beaming in from the windows during the day.

The room will be available from the end of May/1st of June until 31st of August, and the starting date of the tenancy is negotiable. The rent is £461. 67 plus bills, which usually amount to around £30 a month, and a there is a deposit of £667 for UK students and £967 for non-UK students.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a table (not the one shown on pictures).
