I am leaving this house at the end of the July and am looking for someone to take over my room from August the 1st.

The house is a victorian terraced house in the middle of the Hatcham Park conservation area, with many lovely period features and has everything you could possibly need. Bathroom is communal with a bath and a shower and the living room has a tv with virgin media tv connection. There is also a great garden complete with mature vegetable patch!

A huge Sainsburys is around the corner and there are some brilliant places to eat and drink within a ten minute radius.

The room itself is on the first floor and is very light and airy, with two windows on different walls and faces onto the garden below.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with the following -

Dishwasher

American style fridge

The landlord is very nice and there are no agency fees or indeed deposit! Yes, NO DEPOSIT!

The rent is only £500 per month and bills are between £40/65 per month depending on how cold the season is. The tenancy is for a year.

In terms of transport you this place is so well connected.

A couple minutes walk gets you to the train (Zone2) that will get you to central london in ten mins, Shoreditch and the delights of the east end in 15mins and the west end is around 30mins by bus or 20 if you make a swift train change at London Bridge.

I've enjoyed living here very much and the housemates you will be sharing with are very pleasant, all doing different things from a phd to working in retail.
