Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am relocating overseas.

The flat is in Armoury Road, in a bulding just in front of the Elverson Road DLR station - 1 min to Lewisham train station on the DLR to get train connections to London Bridge, Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross (trains run every 5 minuts). You can also walk from the flat to the Lewisham train station (5 min walk). The DLR goes to Bank as well (via Canary Wharf - 10 min and Greenwich - 3 min).

The flat has a fully furnished kitchen, reception/lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom - all furnished. The walls were painted 3 weeks ago and the bathroom was refurbished as well. The flat is very clean and tidy, the reception is very bright, very sunny place.

The contract is until 30 May 2015 - it can be extented after this date. The rent does not include bills (I paid £18/month for water, £45 for electricity for 3 months, council tax band C). No gas - all electric.

The flat is managed by an agency therefore a fee of £210 will apply to draft a new contact and do the referencing.
