We are looking for a friendly young professional to move in, and can be flexible on move-in dates but we will need to find someone by 1st January at the latest.

Your prospective tenants include:

1. Jess (works in fashion, likes to cook)

2. Jess (works in design, is not that good a cook)

We really want a housemate who will be sociable and join us for drinks in the evening and TV watching when we are hungover. We also need someone clean and tidy!
