Bright double bedroom in New Cross Gate

Hi!

We are three females looking for a fun and sociable person to be a part of our household. If you are looking for a home rather than a place to sleep - look no further! Our three story house is spacious and bright with garage (=extra storage), parking and garden - perfect for those summer bbqs. We get along really well and do enjoy the odd glass of wine once in a while.

The room available is a bright double room with good storage (huge wardrobe). You would share bathroom with one other person. We don't have a living room but a big open planned kitchen where we usually hang out.

As we are renting through an agency, the person moving in will be required to fill out a bank reference form and a tenant reference form. We have to return this to the agency along with a photo ID and £150 for the administration fee. The bank form must be handed into their nearest bank. (Agency rules, not ours, sorry!)
