My home is a flat in a converted Victorian house in New Cross where I live with my cat Jack. So I want to get a lodger for my spare room for only Monday to Friday so I have my home to myself at weekends. I am a 40 year old female interior designer. I like my own space and mostly keep to myself just pottering around the place. Looking for someone that mainly just wants a secure, comfortable, friendly place to stay week nights. The room is a good size and furniture can be made to suit your needs. I would consider slightly less rent for someone that stays fewer nights, ask for details. The flat is about 5 mins walk from New Cross or New Cross gate where there are mainland trains and overground. Only one stop to London Bridge. There is a bus stop right outside my door with 5 or so buses to central locations. I have a private driveway and carpark space which you would be welcome to use as I don't drive. Tiffany
