Short term let in beautiful Brockley

Hello,

I've just finished my renovation and a huge bedroom is up for grabs in a house share in a brand new (i. e. no one has lived in your room before you!) house with a garden in Brockley.

There are three of us sharing the house and I'm away during the summer so it will be just you and my two flatmates for a few weeks. I've suggested that it is a short term let because I don't want to overcrowd the place but if it seems to be working out it may well turn into a long term thing.

The room is a huge double room with a (working) fireplace and large bay windows. It comes furnished with a new bed, wardrobe and a bedside table.

About the house: there are two (new) bathrooms, wood floors throughout and a large kitchen which overlooks the garden. The kitchen has underfloor heating, American-style fridge freezer and new dishwasher and washing machine. There is a living room and an attic covering the entire ceiling area for storage.

The house sits on the corner of a quiet street. Hilly Fields Park is just down the road with a farmers' market on Saturdays. There a few nice cafes and a deli, and the Amersham Arms is a ten minute walk towards New Cross.

The house is 5 mins walk from Brockley station and 10 mins walk from New Cross. Brockley is two stops from London Bridge or a short ride south from Shoreditch High Street on the overground. Peckham is ten minutes on the bus and East Dulwich also a short ride away.

About me, I'm 29, into the usuals.. I'm very relaxed and will definitely be having friends over for bbqs and table tennis in the summer but have a job with long hours so I respect people's need to come home to a relaxed place where we can have a chat over a drink or just do our own thing.
