Room is furnished with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe, full length mirror and draws. The room also has a balcony and personal bathroom / shower.
Great location - 15 min walk to Canada Water underground or 10 min walk to Surrey Quays overground station. Buses 5 mins walk away which go straight into central London (approx 30mins bus ride). Large supermarket close by and Surrey Quays shopping centre is a 10 min walk away.
Living with 3 other kiwis all in their mid 20s. Awesome group of people working in various professions. The only reason I am leaving to due to visa expiry.
Rent is £572 per month + £60 bills each month. Bond is £990 which is required to secure the room.
I am looking at securing someone ASAP to move in around the 20th of May.
