Lovely room to rent in Deptford/New Cross

New kitchen with gas hobs, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and lots of storage

It is a 3 bedroom fully-furnished flat and there is 1 room available. The room and house is clean, newly renovated and the room has a new IKEA double bed and mattress. The room is bright, clean and comes with a large storage cupboard in the hall. It is £550 per month and includes ALL bills and fast WIFI.

There is a laundry cupboard with new washing machine and dryer, a lounge with a comfy sofa bed and with a large sunny balcony, one new bathroom downstairs and another separate WC upstairs. A new kitchen which has a large fridge, separate freezer, small dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven.

You would be living with two housemates: One male, 31, animator and one female, 27, veggie and works in the charity sector.

What we are looking for:

-Could be good to have a third vego in the house, but not essential as long as you are considerate and conscious of keeping meat separate in fridge and on work surfaces etc.
-Need to be in full time employment/have a steady income.
-The rent is £550 PCM (incl. ALL bills) paid one month in advance and £550 deposit which would be put in to the deposit scheme. So £1100 would need to be paid and contract signed before moving in.
-Someone within a similar age bracket to current housemates (27-35).
-Sorry but no couples, pets, smokers and not a party house.
-Contract negotiable.

Move in date is from 9th July, so priority would be given to someone who can move in as soon as possible.
