Private space

Originally a pub built in the in the 1850’s this first floor flat has grand rooms, high ceilings, original features and is very spacious with a large living area and roof terrace; all to share. The flat has a New York apartment vibe about it, feeling very open and welcoming yet cozy and warm. The room has wifi and clothing storage space and there is room to store a bike.

Me? I am a freelance artist. I do a little acting a little writing and I am also scenic painter for Film and Television so my timetable is varied. I have a very clean and tidy home and that’s the way I’d like to keep it, however because I am easy going I will let the odd night of not washing up slip especially if your doing the cooking! Yes, I like to sit down at the end of the day with a glass of wine and be sociable with my fellow flat mates although equally I like my privacy....just like you ;)

Deptford is a lively area with a street market 3 days a week. It is diverse both economically and culturally and is placed between 2 international colleges - Goldsmith, Trinity Laban. The area has a youthful happening vibe and historical Greenwich is 15 minutes walk away with plenty to offer in restaurants, pubs, music, art and theatre.

Zone 2. By train 7 mins to London Bridge, 17 mins to Charing Cross. 5 mins walk to the DLR. 20 mins to Canary Wharf. Thameslink stops at Deptford
