Double Room in 4 Bed Townhouse

We have a double room in our lovely house to let from 4th September 2016. (Wanted age range 26 - 32 only.)

We offer all the convenience of living in Zone 2 without the huge price tag and even better - we are great to live with!

The house: 3 floor, 4 bed townhouse with all expected amenities (dishwasher etc), open plan kitchen living room, patio garden and a garage for additional storage.

The room: Double bed, wardrobe, awesome shelf space.

The area: Surrey Quays/ Canada Water is close to the river and it's respective pubs as well as having excellent transport links to get around the rest of London. Shoreditch is 20 mins away and Greenwich only a short bus ride from the bottom of the road.

Us: a graphic design lead, a HR manager and a PR lead we do think of the house as our home (as a Scouser, an Aussie and a Yorkshire bird in London, this is a massive perk for us). We catch up regularly in the living room or cooking dinner and we enjoy socialising with each other when we can.
We do have our own lives though so it's a nice balance.
When we're not recovering from a mad day in work however, we can normally be found entertaining any of the following activities: cinema, gym, art shows, pub, raves, reading, festivals, drinking gin, sleeping.

Boring stuff: Aside from the monthly rent, bills are an additional £85pcm (everything is covered in this) and then there is a monthly cost for the cleaner of £20.
Rent is due on the 12th of each month and bills go out on the 1st.
