We are looking for an individual to rent a room in our modern, immaculate apartment with unparalleled views across the whole of London.

All bills are included in the price, including a cleaner (2 hours per week) and fast broadband.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, located within 5 minute walk along the Thames to the Surrey Quays pier, ideal for someone working in the City/Canary Wharf. There are also regular buses running within a minute walk, which take 5 minutes to get to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) and Surrey Quays station (Overground) is a 10 minute walk. There is a also a 24hr concierge, which has often proved to be handy for post/deliveries!

My partner and I both work in the City/Canary Wharf and have been in employment for 4+ years. We are very clean, quiet and conscientious. We are usually at the apartment in the evenings a maximum of 3 nights in the week, and spend on average one in four weekends at the apartment.
