Friendly and Modern house in South East London

I am very sad to be leaving this very happy house in South East London, as I am moving to Glasgow to work. The house is a very modern and clean property, and the three remaining housemates (Maggie, Ben and Fiona- all lawyers), get on well and ensure it is always clean and tidy. I am looking for someone to complete my tenancy of the house, which runs from when I move out (beginning of August) until 14th November, and then there is the option to renew it if you wish. The house is owned by a fantastic private landlord, who is always helpful if you need him. There is also a large garden which we are finding perfect for barbecues at present, and plenty of space in an open living room where you can work too.

New Cross Gate station on the overground is only a 10 minute walk away providing good access into central London, and the surrounding area contains many parks and good running routes. While we all get on, we also give each other space, so the new housemate will ideally enjoy being around people but also not mind a bit of quiet too. Room is £625 per month and bills/council tax roughly £30-40 per month because they are shared between 4 people.
