Double Room in Spacious House - Nunhead

Double Bedroom

We are currently looking for another person to join our lovely spacious house in Nunhead.

We're looking for someone to take one of the double bedrooms from the 21st of August. Within our house there are 5 girls and 1 boy all between the ages of 21 and 26. There is a mix of art and design students and a working professional. Everyone gets on really well which makes for a nice environment.

The house is really spacious, the bedrooms are all split on 3 levels so you always have your personal space and never feel like you are on top of each other!

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and one bed side table. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and wifi.

We have a lovely garden with decking and outdoor furniture which is great in the Summer for BBQ and relaxing at weekends!

There is free parking on Gellatly Road and there are normally lots of free spaces.

There are great transport links - Nunhead train station is under 5 minutes walk away and Peckham Rye Overground is a short 10 minute walk also. The location is perfect, taking only 15 minutes to Blackfriars or Victoria direct from Nunhead.
