Sharing rest of flat with one other professional female who is quiet and respectful in the home and super clean and tidy.
All basics provided (kitchen utensils/ mircowave/ washing machine/ wifi/ fridge/ TV etc)

The room is small, but very functional with a welcoming ambience and well suited for part time/ temporary use. There; s a decent size lounge and kitchen. Modern, neutral bathroom and a shared garden.
On street parking is easy and it's zone 2, 5 mins from Kensal Rise overland or Queens Park tube on the Bakerloo line with really good bus routes.

Great for local facilities, nice bars, restaurants, shops etc in Portobello Road/ Ladbroke Grove area.

STRICTLY NON SMOKERS, with healthy lifestyle/ eating preferred.
