Double room to rent from June 1st – July 8th in relaxed, friendly flatshare. If you need to move earlier than the 1st of June, then the room could be available before then.

It’s £129 per week (= £559 pcm) which includes ALL bills. This works out to a round £700 for the whole 5. something weeks. Security deposit is £250.

Girl preferred and no smoking allowed in the flat. Sorry, but no couples or sharers either. We’ll be holding viewings starting this Monday evening (May 21st) and probably Thursday too, so if you’re interested, please email with some info about yourself, and let me know what times you could make! We’re really near Finsbury Park tube, and buses 4, 19 and 236 stop almost outside our front door if that helps.

There’s a possibility of an extension (on the contract), so we’d prefer someone who would be able and like to stay on if that happened.

The room is:
• really bright and spacious but has a blackout blind, so best of both worlds.
• furnished with a double bed (only about six months old), bedside table, two double wardrobes, fan, chest of drawers and desk.
• the top floor of the flat, so you have your own staircase up to your room and lots of privacy.

The flat has:
• Kitchen: with usual mod cons: washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer etc.
• Living room with two sofas, TV, etc.
• Indoor storage space for bikes
• Bathroom: with three piece suite and plenty of storage
• Wi-fi

You’d be sharing with two girls, 25 and 27, both quite busy, so you’d have plenty of quiet time in the flat, but they’re very friendly, and happy to catch up over a glass of wine when they’re in!

The location is fantastic – it’s about 6 mins walk from Finsbury Park station, 10 mins from Highbury, 20 mins walk to Stoke Newington, short bus ride to Hackney/Dalston on the 236, night buses from Piccadilly/Southbank/City stop just opposite!
