Hi!
We are looking for a new female to join our lovely little house in Finchley. We are Catherine: charity worker and social media trustee; Emma: musician & music teacher and Rowenna, who works as an actress.

We are quite relaxed as flatmates, we occasionally shop, cook & share a glass of wine together. We all love music so a bit of singing and piano playing has been known to happen on the odd occasion.

What are we looking for in a flatmate? Just someone who is easy-going & friendly, and ideally someone who likes music! The lease prohibits smoking, and we can't have pets. Apart from that we are just looking for someone that we get on with.

The house was renovated just last year, it's a light and airy Edwardian terrace. The ceilings are big and the recent extension means we have a gi-normous kitchen/diner in addition to the living room at the front of the house (with freeview). We are close to the Vue cinema and entertainment complex which contains Finchley Lido and leisure centre.

The room available is a double which faces onto the garden & gets lots of light. The whole house is double glazed and this room is the warmest in the house. It comes furnished and there is quite a bit of loft storage. There is also free parking in the street out front. We have broadband internet, and bills come to approx £80/month.

Room available pretty much immediately, and viewings are on Monday Apr 28th in the evening).
