Part of a three bedroom house in Crouch End, it is a bus ride away from Finsbury park station (Piccadilly and Victoria lines, zone 2), 41 bus stop, going to Archway literally outside the front door and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us

About us: Mohammed- 1 English straight guy, 33, full time professional. Emanuel- 1 Greek gay guy, 37, full time professional.
About you: professional, between 18-40, preferably working in a full-time, 9-5 job. Lgbt friendly, clean, tidy, generally a nice and easygoing person.

About the basics: rent is £542 inc bills . They include:
- Council Tax (£48)
- Virgin fibre optic 50MB broadband (£16)
- Electricity (£10)

Usually coming up to £542/month but when gas bill comes in every three months it can go up by about £30-40, usually during winter months. The flat is close to bus stops for both Finsbury park station (W3 and W7), central (N91), Archway, Turnpike Lane (41) and also Alexandra Palace. Hornsey train station is 3' walk for trains to Kings Cross and it will take you less than 5' to walk down to Broadway, where all the cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets are.

In conclusion: this is a nice and quiet flat and it would suit someone who wants a relaxed place to come back to at the end of the day. We like to keep it clean and tidy; both of us have lived with flatmates, who were laid back about dirty dishes spending the weekend in the sink and it was not a good experience!
