The house has four bedrooms in total (plus a small spare room which is currently being used for storage), two bathrooms, a sitting room and a very large kitchen that leads out to a private garden at the back of the house. The house also benefits from a stunning herb garden at the front. The house is set in a cul-de-sac, with a deli next door and local shops, pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The bedroom available is large and light and includes a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet and a framed double bed.

The 21, 76 and 141 buses go from just outside the house and take you into the City in 10-15 mins. Angel, Highbury & Islington, Dalston and Haggerston are all a 10-15 walk.

I have lived at the house for just under 3 years and have had a brilliant time (moving out to move in with girlfriend - but staying in the same area because we love it so much here). I currently live with three lovely housemates, two girls (Teacher, Sales) and one guy (Analyst) – all professionals working in the city. We are looking for a friendly professional guy (to keep the balance in the house) to take occupation from 23rd November.
