Hi All,

The flat is located on Haringey Green Lanes which is one of the best areas of North London. It's perfectly accessible with the tube and buses. There are excellent restaurants, pubs and 24h open shops within the area.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a male lighting designer who works full-time (That’s me!). I've been living in the flat over a year now. My flatmate is moving out by the end of September. I’m looking for an easy-going, sociable and responsible male or female to share this fantastic flat with me.

The room already contains a table, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed.

Floors are made of wood and tiles (No carpets).

We have a large living room with a sofa bed which comes in handy when you need to host someone every now and then.

There is a humongous garden that is only open to our use.

0. 5 km to Haringey Green Lanes Station (Overground)
1. 3 km to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria)
0. 5 km to Sainsbury's
Finsbury Park is literally right in front of the flat.
