The flat is set across 2 levels and has 3bedrooms (no living room). It's located on Newington Green road with Great transport links! 5min walk to cannonbury overland station, buses: 73, 38, 30. 15mins walk to highbury and islington tube/rail station. A short -10min bus ride to Dalston, Stoke Newington, Angel and Highbury. We have one of the best fruit & veg shops around - just 2 mins walk from our front door and also a few great pubs, cafés, restaurants and a costcutters, off-licence and a Tesco metro very close.

The room: The bedroom, although the smaller of the 3 in the house, comes furnished with double bed, chest of draws and a wardrobe. And even with all that there's still room for a small sofa and lots of floor space! The velux window looks out into a lovely leafy Georgian North London street too!

The housemates: You'll be living with 2 awesome creative girls, Hannah and Laura who both work in media/marketing and are both in their mid-late 20's. Everyone in the house leads busy lives, but all enjoy hanging out now and then.

The new housemate (that's you!): we're looking for a girl to replace the girl moving out (sorry boys!)
Someone who's house trained, easy going, and generally friendly person to join our happy household!
