En-suite double in leafy East Canonbury

Hi there,

My lovely flatmate is moving out of our great 2 bed, 2 bath flat to go back to NZ and I am looking for someone to take over his room. The flat has double height ceilings and is on a leafy and quiet road near Essex Road station/De Beauvoir. The room is offered on an unfurnished basis but my flatmate is willing to negotiate leaving his furniture (I'll upload pictures shortly - there's a new bed, mattress and wardrobe). The room also has an en-suite shower room.

To give you a little about me, I am generally pretty easy-going, sociable and tidy. I do tend to work relatively long hours though and like to come home to somewhere clean and quiet at the end of the Dayaks am looking for a like minded soul on that front. That said I can usually be easily persuaded to go for a pint or help drink up a bottle of wine over dinner... :) Drop me a line if you think we that sounds ok and like we could get on.

Also, can be relatively flexible in renting start and end dates.
