Double room with ensuite available in a lovely split level period conversion maisonette flat for a short term let over Christmas and NY - flat is available between 22 December to 13 January. The flat is fully furnished and spacious - it's set over 3 floors, and has a large lounge with high ceilings, wooden floors and a real fire. The room is a large bedroom in the loft and has a king size bed, large windows and wooden flooring. The kitchen is newly decorated and has tile flooring and a breakfast bar.

The flat is 5-10 minutes walk from Stoke Newington and Clapton train stations, or a 15 minute bus ride from Dalston, Finsbury Park and Manor House tube stations.

The flat also has it's own garden, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a cleaner who comes twice a month. The price includes all bills. There is free parking on the street outside.

I'm a 32 year old female and work as an in-house lawyer in Canary Wharf. I'm easygoing and love going to live gigs, exhibitions and eating out. I'm going to India over Christmas and NY so looking for someone to take my room over that period. You'd be living with 2 great flatmates 1 boy and 1 girl who are friendly and good to watch TV and have a drink with but are also busy doing their own thing.
