Spacious Double Room With Ensuite Bathroom

Hi there,

My flatmate's moving out and I'm hoping to find a new one so I don't have to give up this great flat!

THE ROOM
I think the pictures speak for themselves but it's a really lovely room - spacious, clean, very bright (3 windows!) and with a built in closet.

ENSUITE BATHROOM
The bathroom is quite spacious and bright too (separate window), has a bathtub and a nice shower head with excellent pressure and instant hot water.

FLAT
It's a two bedroom flat with two spacious bathroom (yours is ensuite), a large reception room and a separate eat in kitchen.

LOCATION
The flat is located in a very quite residential street literally 4 minutes from Tufnell Park tube station and various bus lines (134, 390, 4, N20) and 14 minutes from Gospel Oak overground station. There are tons of GREAT pubs all with outdoor space (The Junction, Tufnell Park Tavern, Pineapple, Oak and Pastor, Lion and Unicorn, Lord Palmerston,...)!!

YOUR FLATMATE
I'm Gary, I'd like to think of myself as fairly easy to live with and quite considerate... but then again, I would say that, wouldn't I...?
I do quite a bit of running, go regularly to the gym, play tennis and cycle to work every day but I'm just as often in the pub having a pint or two. I work in accounting for a big bank (so not a real 'banker'). I'm occasionally down at my girlfriend's flat in South London.

GENERAL
Bill come to about £135 a month - this includes EVERYTHING except for a cleaner usually visiting us every two week (£25).
There's a bit of flexibility in terms of moving in date. The room is available from the 30th August but the rent is due on the 5th September of the month so i'd ideally like to get someone in by then.
