Double Room Available 5 Min Away From Old Street

Hi there :) :

I'm leaving London and my room will need a new occupant.

The flat is in zone 1; 5 min walking from Old street Station/Shoreditch and 12 min away from Angel and Liverpool Street.
There are already here 2 girls ( 1 italian & 1 spanish ) and 2 boys ( 1 italian & malasyan ); all of them around 30 years old and each of them in its own room.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower.

The flat does not have a living room but it does have an american kitchen that gives the flat enough space for having a dinner there with a couple of friends.
Washing and dryer are among the amenities included.
All bills are included but gas and electricity; around £20 o £30 per month, depending on how much we use the central heating.

We are looking for an easy going and clean new tenant to move around 20th of april.
