Come and join a happy household in East Finchley. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Northern Line with links to both Central London and the City. We are peaceful and tidy, both working and studying for professional qualifications. We are pretty active people so spend as much time out of the house as in it. Looking for somebody with similar interests and as much looking for new friends as a place to stay.

The room itself has plenty of storage. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, fitted cupboard, drawers and a bedside table. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other. Plenty of shared living space with a spacious living room and separate kitchen and utility. Parking space is off the street and available all hours if you have your own vehicle. The landlord is super decent and we have never had problems with getting things dealt with.

The room is available as part of a lease which will be 10 months with the option to extend. References and deposit required plus agents fees.

Bills & council tax not included but are reasonable (circa £70).
