We are looking for a lodger for a clean, small, bright room in family flat. Gospel Oak/Kentish Town area. Very close to 24, 46, C2, 214, C11 buses and Kentish Town, Chalk Farm tubes and Gospel Oak/Kentish Town Overgrounds.
Use of good size kitchen at meal times and bathroom plus a 2nd loo mainly for your use. We have a cat.
The flat is ex local authority.
Access to a large, pretty terrace and large communal garden. Non smoker preferred, but occasional smoker could smoke on the terrace.

Very close to beautiful Hampstead Heath.
