2 Amazing Rooms In A Lovely Flat In Kentish Town

Hello,
We're two uni friends who have secured a lovely 4 bedroom three storey flat right opposite Kentish Town tube station (Northern Line) and with amazing local amenities.
We have 1 double room and 1 single room (it's listed as single but has enough space for a double bed and has built in cupboards) available from the 15th of this month (August). The photos don't really do it justice.

It's recently been refurbished and looks great - very bright with large Victorian windows that look onto the high street and the terrace at the back of the property. All the rooms have very high ceilings and good storage. There's a separate kitchen/ diner with a gas hob and electric oven, separate toilet and bathroom with genuine REAL bathtub and nice spacious corridors connecting everything, the downstairs corridor could be use to store bikes. The property comes furnished.

We're looking for 2 female house mates (for balance) who enjoy socialising/ using communal space and don't have a party every night. We both enjoy going out, so it would be nice to do that as a house occasionally (there's a really cool pub across the road that have good food and a Sunday quiz). We're both easy-going, tidy and respectful people who also enjoy a bit of netflix and some wine.
