Bright double room just seconds from Kilburn tube

The room

A bright double room is available from the beginning of January in a lovely flat in Kilburn. The house is metres from Kilburn station, and within reach of all the restaurants, shops and bars, as well as being a 10 minute walk from West Hampstead.

The room is bright and airy, with two big windows, lots of shelving, a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and storage space under the bed. The bathroom next door to the room is shared with one other flatmate.

The communal sitting room is a good size, with a spectacularly large TV (mainly because it is one of those ancient ones) and 2 comfy sofas. The kitchen is compact, but is fully equipped, and there are two fridge/freezers and good storage space.

You will be sharing with three friendly housemates - a couple who live in the attic with their own bathroom, and another who you share the bathroom with. We are looking for someone to join the flat and treat it as a home.

We plan to start viewings in the evenings early next week, and have everything agreed with the new housemate by mid-December to move in at the start of Jan.
