A garden to the rear. Quiet and friendly neighbours. Country park 5 minute walk and access to the tram also. 2 min walk to buses. Trains to London Bridge (11 mins) and Victoria. Overground Line. Tram line to Wimbledon. . Buses into central Croydon. I'm easy going, its a very relaxed home....its clean and tidy and sometimes I don't mind cooking for my flatmate either which is a plus with my culinary skills lol... be good to hear from you and Good luck :-)
