This is an amazing flat at the southern end of Portobello Rd right by the Sun in Splendour pub.
Fantastic loaction for all amenities - you should really view it.
The room is a cosy dbl room and comes unfurnished. But the rest of the flat is big with own front door and is in effect a 2 storey maisonette and is therefore more of a house than a flat and rare in these parts at that rent. It currently and comfortably houses a king size dbl but you may want a smaller bed if you intend to spend all your life in the room. But hopefully you won't (too much going on araound here). You will have to provide your own bed. Some references will be required or certainly financial assurances. But more importantly just want to see that you are reliable and sound and we will get on and I can trust you. You will be sharing with me a non-smoking fitnessfreak-ish (save for when the pull of the pub is too strong to resist) junior barrister. I have lived here for a while and have a great rship with the landlord. I am v accommodating and am pretty laidback (I snowboarded and have worked in bars for a season and a bit so you get the idea I'm not too intense) - I really want to stay here and hope to find another nice housemate just as soon as the current one who is one of my best friends moves next week.
