This flat is part of an independent building facing Aske Garden on Pitfield street. The flat has its own massive terrace, so you could have BBQ when the weather's good. It's in the residential part, yet only 1min walk away from Hoxton Square, where everything's happening. You could be out partying one minute and be home the next. Never need to worry about getting midnight cabs ever again.

The current flatmate is a male chef, named Simon. He is quiet, clean and highly responsible. He works a lot, so you will basically be having the flat to yourself. There is no shared living room, but the room is very big, so you could easily fit a sofa if you want. I currently have a bean bag in the room.

We would prefer the new tenant to be a young professional or mature student. Preferably quiet at home. This flat is modest but has everything. Extremely convenient location yet very great price.
