The flat is literally 5 minutes walk to Old Street Tube station and 10 minutes to Shoreditch High Street station .
Many Buses and night buses pass almost in front of the house too .

The flat is in EXCELLENT condition
It is very clean and there is a cleaning lady coming every week

There are 2 full renovated bathrooms with bathtub

Super warm in the winter with a brand new heating system
