Want to live in one of London's greenest neighbourhoods? I’m moving out of my room in our amazing townhouse with patio and garden access, available from September/October. We’re right in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with a Westfield, Olympic sports facilities and great cafes just a short walk away.

The property is very spacious, split over three floors and has four bedrooms, a living room, dining room and a patio with garden access. The whole apartment is furnished to a high standard with all modern appliances and we have a lovely courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy in the summer.

There is a dining area that can be used as home office or alternatively you can buy and take over my desk and chair and even work out of your new room.

The room comes with:
- double bed with almost new Hypnos mattress (exchanged only 1.5 months ago)
- bedside cupboard + large chest of drawers
- wardrobe cupboard with 3 doors
( the desk & chair are not part of the furniture but can be bought for £83).

The bathroom is shared with only one other person.

There is another room, sharing the same bathroom, becoming available from late October / November onwards, in case you’d like another friend to join you in this flatshare. The current flatmates are friendly and outgoing professionals in their early 30s, both male from Ireland and France. I’ve lived with them for the last six years and unfortunately need to move out as I’m relocating.

Bills are approx. £60-80 monthly, usually lower in the summer months. There is a bi-monthly voucher for UberEats included worth £75 for you to use (limited until April 2022).

There is NO DEPOSIT, you will just need to pass a reference check done by the landlord.
