Brand new apartment, light and spacious, furnished to a v high standard with underfloor heating throughout. Room available 4 nights a week (Mon to Fri) in East Village, the former Athlete's Village for the London Olympics.

Big open plan living area and kitchen with large south-facing balcony - unbelievable sunset views over the Olympic stadium and the whole of London! The bedroom is tastefully furnished with large wardrobe, very comfy bed etc. Bedding and towels included if required. Super-fast hyper optic 2GB wifi included, as are all bills.

We're a pretty relaxed, undemanding couple, looking for a lodger who is ideally a professional, non-smoker, friendly but probably not a wild party animal.

Set in acres of parkland with many of the Olympic venues on your doorstep including the Aquatic Centre, Copper Box Arena and the Velodrome. Westfield Shopping Centre, with it's many restaurants and bars, is a 7 minute walk, where you'll also find a Gymbox gym, cinema and casino. East Village itself has a friendly bar and a large Sainsburys Local store open till 11pm.

The transport links to the area are unbelievable. We're just a 5 min walk to Stratford International for the Javelin high speed train (6 mins to King's Cross). 8 minute walk to Stratford station (Jubilee line & Central line & Overground/National Rail trains). Easy peasy.
