The room

The room/kitchen -
Beautiful one bedroom student accommodation in Stratford, London. En suite toilet/shower area with a light, spacious room and 3/4 double bed!!! The flat is on the 14th floor and has stunning views across central London and the Olympic park.
The flat has a communal kitchen area shared with the 9 flatmates, it has ample space for you kitchen equipment. The kitchen's size is frankly remarkable, and is connected in an open plan style to the living area which has a large, modern, comfortable leather corner sofa. The kitchen itself contains two fridge freezers, a microwave, two ovens/grills and a total of 8 hobs - more than enough for this flat's cooking requirements, and you'll never find yourself waiting to cook. In the center of the kitchen there is an island with more cupboard space, all of which looks out from the huge windows across London city.

The location -
Right outside Westfield shopping center (Stratford), and is less than 10 minutes walk from Stratford station and Stratford international station is virtually is right outside - so its perfect for any students in the London area.

In the building -
You'll find areas to relax, play games, and of course, study. The students are a mix from all backgrounds and all countries, attending a wide range of universities, collages, and other educational institutions right across London from West to East, North to South. There are 24 floors in total, with the 24th being dedicated to a 'sky room' with 180 degree views across central London, the view at night has to be seen to be believed - undoubtedly the best student accommodation views in London! The '1st floor' (floor M) has a outdoor communal court yard, well above the public, which is used by the residents for meeting up with friends and chilling out after a long day of... studying.

The flatmates -
This is an important one, and something often overlooked by many. There are a total of 9 rooms per flat, and we are lucky enough in this one to have some really great people; mostly quiet types, but who will readily support you with any help you need. I couldn't have asked for kinder people to live with.

Bills/costs -
All bills are included. The high speed internet has been paid for until mid-September, but the price is more than reasonable once it needs to be renewed.
There is a £250 deposit (given to Unite) which will be returned on your leaving, £160pcw rent.

The staff -
Genuinely, the Unite staff are first class. Friendly and professional, they can have a chat, but also get the job done.
