Cosy Dbl Room in Oval, Transport to Everywhere!

Hello possible future flatmate...
We have a lovely cosy double room up for let in our 3 level house in Oval, to be let out from 1st February.

The Room:
On the top floor, a small double with a slide window, lots of natural light, a double bed, large built-in wardrobe unit with rail and shelves and side stand

The House:
3 levels with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor as well as a bathroom with the worlds best shower over a bath.
On the ground floor you have another toilet room, small living room and comes with terrestrial television.
The kitchen is quite big and as such is the heart of the house.
It comes with all the usual mod cons, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven, dishwasher.

The Gardens:
One small front garden and a large rear garden which is great to sit out in when we have the weather. There is also space for car parking at the end of the garden with access from a cul de sac road.

The Flatmates:
2 ladies, Aine (Irish) and Lucia (Aussie) and myself Tony (Irish)
We all work fulltime and have a varied hours routine but enjoy a bit of relaxation time at the weekend. We are always coming and going so sometimes the house is full and sometimes its empty. As we all work during the week its nice to come back to relatively relaxed space after work. Despite the stereotypes of the Irish and Aussies, this is certainly not a party house and as such are not looking to share with someone who's going to turn the household upside down!
Also this is a gay friendly household so anyone who wishes to apply had better be comfortable with that.

The New Flatmate:
Well ideally someone we can all get on with! No specific work hours, just someone whos not going to have half of London back every evening or weekend.
We do like to keep the house clean so you would be expected to pitch in with house cleaning, know what a hoover is for and be mindful of the other flatmates in the house, no unwashed dishes left there for days etc. You use it, you wash it :)

The Bills:
As stated, the rent is 475 pcm. This does not include other household bills which arent too bad luckily, probably talking another 80-100 depending on the season and heating.

We also have 100mb Virgin internet in the house.

So if you like the look of the house and description, we will be having an open house Sunday 31st January from 4pm, so get in touch with some information about yourself, age, gender, employment, all the usual.

Unfortunately we will not consider any blank profiles (picture/description). The last time we ran an add we got alot of replies so its only fair to give preference to those who put the effort in! Neither can we consider anyone who does not have references to provide the landlord.

Please respect the desired age range mentioned, we just believe everyone will likely have more in common the closer the ages in the house.
