Very large double room, Monday to Friday only, short or long term, with adjascent shower/toilet/bath, in 3 story Edwardian house sharing with x2 professionals who work long hours. Inclusive of all bills. Room has fast broadband, quality linens and towels (changed weekly by Landlord). Large kitchen diner and mins from gym, restaurants/bars, supermarkets and all other amenities. Palmers Green BR 5-10 min walk - 20mins to City (Moorgate) or Kings Cross or 12 mins to Finsbury Park on Picadilly/Victoria line. Wood Green Piccadilly line short bus ride away. Zone 3. Quiet, residential street. Quick and easy access to M25, M1 and A406. Would suit professional who needs a clean, comfortable retreat to return to Mon - Friday and would enjoy own space and privacy and to live with quiet, professional people. One of the other people only stays 3 nights during the week. We have a weekly cleaner and the room has own study area, tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space. Clothing and personal items may be stored over weekends.
