We are situated between Southgate station and Oakwood station. We are a couple looking for nice flat mate. We can offer one Double room for you.
I describe us very lively with sense of humor. We are open at any background culture as London is a multi cultural city.
The apartment is situated within 5 minutes
walking distance to Oakwood tube station , 10 min to Southgate tube station and all local social amenities. The
flat has wooden floor, fitted kitchen,
freeze/refrigerator, a lots of storage uints, communal gardens
and allocated free parking space. It has gas central heating, double glazing windows, 24 hours hot water. It's very strong water pressure for shower as well.
The rent inclusive (gas, electricity, council tax, TV license, wireless optical very fast internet). there will be £300 deposit required, but no reference required.
We are looking for reasonably tidy and clean people. relatively sociable and easy to get on with.
I want to find a really nice people to live with us. Not just renting the room, but being a friend each other.
