Hi, I am moving abroad and I'm looking for someone to rent out my room. Currently there are 3 occupants. A couple living on the top floor with their own bathroom. The room will be on the 1st floor with another bathroom available, which would be shared with one another person, the live in landlord.
The bedroom good size with a double bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen and dining room would be shared. The dining room is quite large and is rarely used. Price also includes a cleaner who would clean the bathroom and the communal areas.
All bills included, located in a quiet neighborhood close to Trent park and Oakwood station, which is 30min to Kings Cross Station.
