Lovely double room in friendly detached house

We are looking for a young professional to join our friendly household ASAP.

The house comes with a lovely garden, free off road parking and is in a lovely area. A 15min walk from Southgate/Oakwood tube stations with buses to both. Both stations are on the Piccadilly line so great for central London access, the tube takes about 20mins to Kings Cross and 30mins to Leicester Sq. There is also a night bus to the end of the road from Trafalgar for those of you who will want to go clubbing. There is a Londis 200yrds from the house and a large ASDA close by. Along with a good highstreet for essentials such as banking and coffee shops!

To tell you a little more about us; there is currently four of us living at the house (all girls- good luck lads!) three young professionals, incl myself, and one student with ages ranging from 19-25. We are quite a close knit but very sociable group who are take pride in making our house a home so we are looking for a like minded person to join our roost.

The room is a double, with bed and a fitted wardrobe included and is big enough to have additional furniture such as a chest of drawers, shelves etc. The room shares a full bathroom with one other tenant.

The room is available ASAP, I can only hold viewings in the evening however as most of the tenants work during the day. A deposit of £450 (1/5 of the total house pcm cost as the landlord rents by house not room) will be needed and a months rent in advance. BILLS ARE NOT included but as an approx estimation you can expect to pay approx £30 PCM for gas & electric, £5 for high speed internet, in addition to water and council tax which is calculated from the start of your tenancy.
