This is really a nice house to live in and has ample of living space, gorgeous kitchen, stunning garden, off-street parking (£15pcm extra charge for parking) and a separate lovely lounge which boasts an incredible corner sofa and a breakfast. The lounge comes with a forty inch TV, DVD player and full Sky/Virgin Media with all the channels.

All cleaning products including toilet paper and the weekly cleaning service (common areas) are included as a courtesy service.

Currently the house hold is made up of Christian housemates and has a lovely peaceful atmosphere of support and understanding. The place is really tidy as everyone cleans up well after themselves.

There is one large single room available located on the second floor as shown in the photos. The room has a lovely big sunny window. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The room is priced at £400pcm excluding bills, bills come to £80pcm (per person) which includes council tax, gas, electricity, water etc... There are no other bills to pay so you just pay £480pcm in total and have to buy your own food and washing powder/detergent (for your clothes).

This 6 bedroom house (with 1 receptions used also as bedrooms) has a gorgeous garden, a lovely large entrance and sizeable lounge. The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need such as cutlery including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. As a courtesy we stock up the property with cleaning supplies, toilet roll and other basics on a monthly basis. There is a weekly cleaner that sorts out the common areas.
