I've lived here for 5 years. Helpful landlord lives away. My flatmate bought his own place & moved out, so I'm now looking for a new flatmate. Before that, I lived here with a female flatmate for 2 years before she also bought her own flat.

I work as a paramedic (so I've been CRB/DBS security checked!). I'm a non-smoker, friendly, easy-going, trustworthy and genuine guy.

I'm looking for a new flatmate who is friendly, a non-smoker, keeps the kitchen and lounge clean & tidy, maintains a reasonably quiet flat and pays bills on time.

I'm generally busy, but it would be nice to have a new flatmate who also becomes a friend to chat with, have a laugh and maybe have a meal at home or go out for a drink / socialise now and then, if we both want to.
