2 Double rooms available in Southgate

Hello. From the 3rd of November there will be 2 large double rooms available in our lovely house in Southgate. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, and garden. Currently with 1 guy and 3 girls sharing. Sorry I haven't uploaded any pictures, I'm posting this ad whilst at work (shhh!) but will take a few snaps and upload them later..

It is situated in a quiet area, with a 2 minute walk to local shops/restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to Southgate underground station on the Piccadilly line.

Rent is £365 per room per month not including bills. We are billed on a quarterly basis for gas/electricity/water so we each put £450 aside every month to cover rent, council tax, Internet, and the coming bills.

Our landlord requires new tenants to pay a deposit of 6 weeks rent plus the first months' rent in advance before signing the tenancy agreement. This initial up front amount calculates to £872. 17. The landlord also requires proof of income and a reference from your previous landlord.
