This is a very large furnished room that has it's own private toilet and bathroom. The apartment is a brand new apartment with modern furnitures and fixtures. You get to be the first person to sleep on your bed and use your bathroom as everything Is brand new. There is a shared fully furnished living room and the kitchen has all appliances so u need not worry buying anything. Just come with your personal belongings. The location is not far from Oakwood station and Southgate station where there are many local shops and restaurants. As a form of exercise, you can always walk from the station to the house as it"a just 15mins walk. I live with my wife and we share the second room in the flat. We are a really lovely and considerate couple and we will give you your space if you don't want any familiarity. There is also a shared lounge that you will have access to and all bills will be included in your monthly rent. We will like a potential flat mate to be someone in a stable employment.
