Hi my name is Justin, I'm a film extra and screen writer. I have a double room to rent in a luxury garden flat in Southgate, North London, which is close to the tube. It is double glazed, centrally heated and has easy access to the patio and garden. It has a conservatory, which doubles as a dinning room, large kitchen and very large living room.

You would have the run of the flat/garden and the rent works out at £600 per calendar month, with no bills. There is also very fast broadband and cable TV, with a Virgin TiVo box.

There is also unrestricted parking, with no charges.

I have just fitted a brand new bathroom with bath and shower. It also has underfloor heating.

This would suit a non smoking, professional female.

This might also suit someone who only wants temporary accommodation over the summer months, but ideally it would be a longish term let.

I would be a live in landlord but don't be put off by that, I'm very laid back and I would be happy for you to have guests visiting/staying over. I'm out a lot in the evenings and it's nice to know that someone will be here when I'm not. It's not a party flat, but it's very relaxed, no strict rules, apart from being clean and tidy. I like my lodgers to treat this as a home, not just a room to rent. I've always had lodgers since I've lived here and the average amount of time they stay is 3 years, so I'm easy to live with, no dramas. With only two people here you get used to each others routines. It's also a very large flat with a separate dinning room and large kitchen and a garden for the summer, so we're not on top of each other. Oh and a 36 year old Spanish girl has just moved in to the other room, so there would be 3 of us in total.
